All of our technicians are trained in setting up our medical equipment and will gladly instruct patients and family members on use and maintenance of equipment.
We want to make sure you are satisfied with our equipment, we offer follow up visits in case you do have any questions or concerns.
Our Technicians are on Call 24 hours 7 days a week. If there is a problem or a question in regards to your equipment, pick up the phone and give us a call.
Our staff is here to listen. Most of our employees are bilingual and can provide information, and answer questions for non-English speaking clients. We are passionate about what we do.
